Free and Flat-Rate Shipping Policy: 

Suspended Aquatic Mentor is pleased to introduce Free and Flat-Rate Shipping (via UPS or USPS Standard Ground Service) for all of our customers in the continental U.S. who order through our website.

Free Shipping:

If an item in your shopping cart meets the unit requirements for free shipping, then you get free shipping for those items.

If an item in your cart falls outside of the unit requirements for free shipping, then your shipping is calculated per out flat-rate policy.

Flat-Rate Shipping:

Orders up to $100 ship for $8.95

Orders from $100 to $1000 ship for 10% of the order total

Orders from $1000 to $2000 ship for 8% of the order total

Orders for $2000 and up will ship for 6% of the order total

There are a few exceptions to both of these policies. They are:

International Orders

Expedited shipments (see below)

If your order meets any of the exception criteria, an Aquamentor.com representative will contact you within one business day to provide you with the appropriate freight quote for your order. 

Expedited Shipping Options: We do offer other UPS and USPS shipping options (i.e. Next Day Air). Please give us a call and we can provide you freight quotes for whatever service you need. 

Non-continuous US states (Hawaii, Alaska): Please call for shipping information 

Canada & International Orders: All prices quoted are in US dollars. Please contact us for information and rates regarding international shipping.
