Return Policy

Returned Goods

All returned goods must have a "Return Goods Authorization Number" and must be shipped freight pre-paid and insured.  Returns will be accepted in original condition up to 15 days after issuance of Returned Goods Authorization Number.

Discontinued or Unavailable Products

In rare cases, we reserve the right to substitute equal or higher quality products, at the same price when original catalog products become unavailable or discontinued.

Non-defective Goods

There is a 30% restocking charge for all returned merchandise for reasons other than defective goods. Customer shall pay for original and return shipping charges.
